1. Are your products really 100% natural?

Yes! All our products are crafted with 100% natural ingredients, free from harsh chemicals, synthetic preservatives, and artificial fragrances. Even water-based products use natural preservatives to ensure purity and safety.

2. Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?

Our products are made with gentle, natural ingredients and are suitable for most skin types, including sensitive skin. However, we recommend conducting a patch test before full application if you have particularly sensitive or reactive skin.

3. Do your products contain preservatives?

Yes, but only natural ones and only within all water based products. For example, in our water-based products, we use plant-derived preservatives to ensure freshness without compromising your health or the environment.

4. How do I store your products?

As our products are 100% natural we recommend storing them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Avoid getting water into the products prevent bacterial growth and extend shelf life. always use clean hands or applicators to apply product. 

5. Are your products tested on animals?

Absolutely not! We are 100% cruelty-free and committed to ethical practices. None of our products or ingredients are tested on animals and we only purchase our ingredients from suppliers we believe also shared our same values. 

6. How long do your products last?

Our products have a shelf life of 12 months from the date of manufacture. For optimal freshness and efficacy, we recommend using them within 6 months of opening. While the products may still be usable after this period, their potency and effectiveness may diminish over time. To maintain product quality:

  • Storage: Keep products in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat sources.

  • Hygiene: Use clean hands or tools when applying products to prevent contamination.

  • Packaging: Ensure containers are tightly sealed after each use to minimise exposure to air and moisture.

7. Can I return or exchange a product?

Yes! If you receive a faulty or damaged product, you can return it for free. For exchanges or other returns, customers are responsible for postage and packaging fees. See our returns policy for full details.

8. Do you ship internationally?

Not currently, we ship within the UK only, but we are working to expand to international markets in the future. Stay tuned for updates!

9. Do you offer custom skincare solutions?

At this time, we don’t offer customised products, but we’re happy to recommend the best options for your skincare needs. however it is always recommended to speak with a dermatologist professional around any skin conditions and recommended products to use. Contact us for more advice!

10. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards at checkout to ensure secure and convenient transactions. At our market stall we accept cash and card payments. 

11. Are your products safe for pregnant women?

Many of our products are safe for use during pregnancy, but some contain essential oils that should be avoided. Please check the product descriptions or consult your healthcare provider before use.

12. Can men use your products?

Of course! Our products are designed for all genders and cater to a wide variety of skin and hair care needs.
