REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

At Fruit Bearing Seed, we’re passionate about providing high-quality, natural skincare products that nourish your skin and respect the planet. While we strive for perfection in every product we create, we understand that there may be times when you need to return an item. Our refund and returns policy complies with UK consumer law and reflects our commitment to fairness and sustainability.

1. Faulty or Damaged Products

We apologise if you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or not as described. Your satisfaction is our priority.

  • Within 30 Days: If your product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a full refund or a replacement.

  • After 30 Days (up to 6 Months): If a fault develops at no fault of your own after 30 days, we will repair, replace, or refund the item.

  • How to Request a Return: Contact us at Fruitbearingseed.cs@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if possible. Our team will assist you with the return process.

2. Unwanted or Incorrect Purchases

We understand that choosing the right skincare can be tricky. If you’ve changed your mind or ordered the wrong item:

  • Unopened and Unused Products: You can return items for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving them, provided the products are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

  • Exclusions: Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products unless they are faulty.

3. Online Purchases and Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, if you made your purchase online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.

  • How to Cancel: Notify us within 14 days by emailing Fruitbearingseed.cs@gmail.com. You must return the product in its original condition, unopened and unused.

  • Exceptions: Opened or used items cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons unless faulty.

4. Returns Process

To ensure a hassle-free returns process:

  1. Contact Us First: Email Fruitbearingseed.cs@gmail.com with your order number and details about your return request.

  2. Packaging Your Return: Carefully package the product(s) to avoid damage during transit, ideally using the original packaging.

  3. Postage Costs:

    • For unwanted items, customers are responsible for return postage costs.

    • If the item is faulty or incorrect, we will provide a prepaid returns label.

  4. Refund Timeline: Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned items. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  5. In-person drop of: In the event we have a pop up market stall during the period in which you wish to return the item, simply email us at fruitbearingseed.cs@gmail.com or contact us via the contact page to arrange a FREE drop/ refund. 

5. Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an unused, unopened product for another, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to product availability. exchanges are subjected to section 4 of these T&C's. In the event we have a pop up market stall during the period in which you wish to return/ exchange an item/s, please contact us via the contact page or email us at fruitbearingseed.cs@gmail.com.
