Shipping Information

At Fruit Bearing Seed, we’re committed to getting your order to you efficiently, safely, and with care. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping process, delivery times, and associated costs.

Processing & Delivery

  • Processing Time: 1–3 working days. All our products are handmade in small batches to maintain quality and freshness. If an item is low in stock or being restocked, we will still aim to ship within this timeframe.

  • Delivery Time: 2–5 working days after dispatch.

  • Shipping Partner: We use reliable UK couriers to ensure your order arrives on time and in good condition.

  • Tracking: You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

 

Shipping Costs

  • Standard Delivery P&P: £4.29 flat rate.

  • Free Shipping: Automatically applied on all orders over £25.

  • Exchanges & non-faulty item returns : Customer responsible for return fees.

  • Faulty items: Free returns, Pre-paid postage label provided

 

Order Not Received?

If it’s been more than 5 working days since your expected delivery date and your order hasn’t arrived, please contact us via our Get in Touch page or email fruitbearingseed.cs@gmail.com. We’ll investigate promptly and resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

Refunds and Exchanges Policy

We want you to feel confident in every purchase. In line with UK consumer law, here is our clear and transparent returns policy:

Change of Mind / Standard Returns

Under UK law, you have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 calendar days of receiving it, for any reason.

To initiate a return, please email fruitbearingseed.cs@gmail.com within the 14-day period.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, in their original packaging, and in a resellable condition.

  • Once your return request is confirmed, you must return the item within 14 days.

  • Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is confirmed to be faulty.

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 14 days.

  • If requesting an exchange, replacement items will be dispatched once the original item has been received and approved.

Exchanges

We offer product exchanges — for example, switching a scent or item — under the same 14-day return policy, provided:

  • The item is unopened and in its original condition.

  • Replacement products will only be shipped once the original item has been returned and approved.

Alternative Return Option:
If we have a pop-up market or product sample giveaway event within the 14-day return period, you are welcome to return your item in person at the event — free of charge. Please contact us beforehand to confirm eligibility and event details.

Please note: Due to hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns on any opened or used skincare products unless faulty.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged or faulty item:

  • Contact us at fruitbearingseed.cs@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. 

  • Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos.

  • If confirmed, we’ll arrange a free return and offer either a replacement or full refund, whichever you prefer.

  • For in person returns see alternative return options above. 

Processing Time

  • Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving your return.

  • Exchange orders are shipped within 2–3 working days of processing.
